Hil Cat Farm works in close association with Greene, Lewis and Associates, one of the premier breeding clinics in the south. Greene, Lewis and Associates, have an extensive practice in Equine Reproduction. They can handle all aspects of mare and stallion management along with performing embryo transfers as well as freezing of fertilized eggs. With a staff of five veterinarians, an equine professional is always on call to answer questions or take care of equine needs.

Additionally, Hil Cat Farm Farm works closely on its breeding activities with Oak Hill Ranch, owner of the International Grand Prix Dressage Stallion, Rambo, and top breeders of award-winning Danish Warmbloods. Oak Hill has a state-of-the-art breeding facility managed by breeding manager and Sport Horse expert  Sharon Londoño.
